Terms of Service

v1.0

Effective 2026-09-17

SYNOTIC DIGITAL — TERMS OF SERVICE Version 1.0 · Effective September 17, 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS By creating an account or using any Synotic Digital application, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the service. These Terms apply to every edition of the platform. 2. THE SYNOTIC DIGITAL PLATFORM Synotic Digital is a family of separately licensed applications (editions) that share one account system and one administrative control layer. Editions include Life (Base and Premiere), DJ Premiere, Artist Premiere, Studio Premiere, Venue Premiere, Enterprise Film, Enterprise Event, Vendor Gateway, and any custom edition published by the platform administrator from time to time. Each edition is licensed independently. Subscribing to one edition does not grant access to the features, data modules, or seats belonging to another edition. Features are enabled only for the edition they belong to, and only for as long as that edition's subscription remains active. 3. ACCOUNT AND EMAIL IDENTITY Your email address is your unique identifier on the platform. It is required, it must be accurate and belong to you, and it is the key that links your records together — including contacts, band and crew rosters, invitations, bookings, and every edition you subscribe to. All editions held under the same email address are consolidated under that single identity. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING AND RENEWALS Paid editions are billed on the monthly or annual cycle you select, at the prices shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider and we do not store full card numbers. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend paid features until the balance is settled. Prices may change with advance notice. You may cancel at any time from Wallet & Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. 5. CROSS-EDITION SYNC Cross-edition sync is optional and must be switched on by you. When a sync switch is enabled, the data covered by that switch is shared between the editions involved. Data is shared only where both the sending and receiving editions are subscribed and licensed for the feature involved; if a subscription lapses, the corresponding sync stops. You are responsible for reviewing which sync switches are active on your account. 6. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS You may connect third-party services — for example Google, Microsoft, Meta/Instagram, Slack, Discord, and accounting services such as QuickBooks, Quicken, Xero, and FreshBooks. By connecting a service you authorise us to exchange data with it on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect an integration at any time; disconnecting stops future data exchange but does not delete data already held by the third party. 7. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to use the platform to break the law, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, harass others, send unsolicited bulk messages, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, resell the service without written permission, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform. You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, or send. 8. AI-ASSISTED FEATURES Some features use artificial intelligence to draft content, suggest locations, analyse media, or answer support questions. Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and is provided as a starting point rather than professional advice. Always review AI output before relying on it or sharing it. 9. YOUR CONTENT You keep ownership of the content you put into the platform. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, back up, and display that content so that we can operate the service for you. We do not sell your content. 10. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO FEATURES We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or retired, and updates may be released at any time. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice. 11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if payment obligations are not met, or if the law requires it. On termination your licence to use the platform ends and data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. 12. DISCLAIMER AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. 13. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synotic Digital is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. 14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms. Material changes are published here with a new version number and effective date, and continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance. New accounts created from that point onward must acknowledge the current version before they can be set up. 15. CONTACT Questions about these Terms: support@synoticdigital.com
